Community Charm Contest Rules

The Bubble Beauty Community Charms Contest is a design-focused promotional campaign organized and sponsored by Bubble Beauty Inc. Entry into the competition is free of charge, and purchasing any products does not increase a participant’s chances of being selected. The contest is subject to applicable legal regulations and is not available in jurisdictions where such activities are restricted or prohibited. By choosing to participate, entrants agree that any disputes connected to the contest will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and they waive the ability to pursue claims as part of a class or collective action. Access to the internet and a valid email account are required for participation, and submitting an entry confirms acceptance of the official rules as a legally enforceable agreement. These terms include provisions related to granted rights, limitations of liability, and obligations to protect the sponsor and associated parties from claims.

Eligibility is limited to individuals who are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia, are physically present within those regions at the time of entry, and are at least eighteen years of age. Participation may also extend to parents or legal guardians submitting entries on behalf of minors who are active members of designated Bubble Beauty community programs. Individuals who are employed by, affiliated with, or directly connected to the sponsor or its partners, including their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate or receive prizes. By entering the contest, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility criteria and agree to abide by the rules and the final decisions made by the sponsor.

The contest is conducted during a specific entry period that begins in late December 2024 and concludes in early January 2025. During this timeframe, eligible participants may submit entries by completing an online form and uploading a digital representation of their design concept for a Bubble Beauty lip balm charm. Accurate personal details such as name, age, location, and contact information must be provided to validate eligibility. Participants are permitted to submit multiple entries, provided that each design is unique and independently created.

All submissions must represent original work created by the entrant or, in the case of minors, by the minor represented by a parent or guardian. Designs may be produced using traditional or digital methods but must ultimately be submitted in a digital format. By submitting an entry, participants affirm that their work does not infringe on the intellectual property or rights of others and complies with all applicable standards. Content that includes unlawful elements, offensive themes, explicit material, personal information of third parties, violent or discriminatory imagery, or content inconsistent with the brand’s identity may be disqualified at the discretion of the sponsor.

Once the submission period has ended, entries will be reviewed by a panel selected by Bubble Beauty. Designs will be evaluated based on factors such as creativity, originality, innovation, and how well they reflect the brand’s values and aesthetic. Any attempt to contact judges directly regarding the contest is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. A select number of winners will be chosen, and if any selected entry is later found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be identified.

Selected participants will receive prize packages that may include a variety of Bubble Beauty products, themed charm sets, a monetary award, and additional items intended to represent an extended supply of products. Prizes are non-transferable and generally cannot be exchanged for cash, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Winners are responsible for any taxes or additional expenses associated with receiving their prizes. Notification will be provided via email, and winners must respond within the specified timeframe to claim their पुरस्कार.

By submitting a design, participants grant Bubble Beauty a comprehensive, worldwide, and ongoing license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute their submissions for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without additional compensation. The sponsor is not required to maintain confidentiality regarding submissions and may independently create or use similar concepts.
