Completion of the registration process, along with any confirmation of acceptance such as clicking an agreement button or submitting an online form, constitutes a legally binding electronic signature. By doing so, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and that your electronic acknowledgment is equivalent to a written signature. The agreement becomes effective once your application is received and accepted by Bubble Beauty. All forms of digital consent, including clicks and submissions, carry the same legal validity as traditional signed documents.

Participation in the program is optional and does not require the purchase of any products or services. Employees of Bubble Beauty are not eligible to join. The program is designed solely for personal involvement and is not intended for commercial use. All decisions regarding rewards, eligibility, and point allocation are made at the sole discretion of Bubble Beauty, which may adjust or revoke points in cases involving violations, fraudulent activity, or returned purchases.
